Excellent! We're with family far for m home, with good weather and good food. Hope everyone else is enjoying this holiday season.

We’re having a quiet at-home Christmas with my 92 year old mother, and Face-timing our kids, grandkids, siblings, and assorted nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews, all scattered across the map. It’s snowing (lightly) in the Ohio River valley, which adds a nice touch.

Hope everyone has a memorable holiday, and lots of good hiking next year.

A wonderful, family-filled holiday to you all as well. I'll be spending it with my brother and his family, a short drive south from my northern Washington home.
