That painting is really cool. I recently got a new pool build a couple of months back and I was busy cleaning the pool, we had high winds this winter so a lot of debris got blown over into pool and I had to get rid of it ( http://www.soldapools.com/blog/swimming-pool-tips/tips-keeping-debris-pool/ ). But apart from that, I had a good winter.

This is bit more like the drawing. Not sure if this is from Robinson Lake or Barney Lake.

You are good, Daisy. It's Crown Lake in that same area, above the Twin Lakes trailhead in the Hoover Wilderness.

We didn't have digital cameras when I was there. I liked the area so much I went twice. I remember camping way off the main trail, on a small game trail in Hoover, and a startled Yosemite Park bear trotted right past us. He was so unused to people being there that he just kept on his way back to the park from turning over garbage cans in Lee Vining. Jimshaw
