I hope everyone had a good Christmas and holiday season. I got a gaiter, wool socks, and Osprey Stratos 24L backpack for Christmas. Now, if it all this nasty rain would stop so I can put them to good use. cool

Also, since I have a lot of time on my hand and there is two pallets stacked up in our garage, I cleanly took a pallet apart to make a shelf for all of my gears. It's not big, only has like 6 slots to put stuff in that organized by categories. I hope when one day when I'm older I got one that takes up an entire room. grin

Cool!!

I'm sure you'll love the Osprey.

I'm already old, so my gear shelves are big and overloaded. I have stuff that's decades old on them now, and tons of car and canoe camping gear that's way to heavy for backpacking (at least for me to carry). It gives me a nice warm fuzzy feeling to look at it all laugh

We just now got into some more seasonable weather. It's been pretty warm most days, but we're down to more normal temps now. Somehow all that snow and ice missed us. No one's complaining though, we're all trying to adjust to the cold instead eek

Got myself a new 0 degree down filled bag for Christmas. Had the opportunity to try it out over my Christmas break. Went on a short trip in southern Indiana for a couple of days. Slept roasty toasty!
