Backpack Training Suggestions

Hey all!

My boyfriend and I are planning on backpacking down to Havasupai in AZ this early summer.

We're looking for recommended backpacking trips to train and prepare for our three day Havasupai trip (hike down to campsite and sleep, hike to waterfalls and back to campsite, and hike back up the next day). Preferably in the Flagstaff, AZ or the central PHX area. Any suggestions?

My only backpacking experience in AZ is the Superstition Wilderness (just outside of Phoenix). It was a beautiful area in the spring. Let me know if you want trail recommendations.
