I arrived at the restaurant early so the manager asked if I minded waiting a bit. I said of course not. So he handed me a tray of drinks and told me take them to table 9.

Something like this happens to me, on occasion.
When I do weekend house maintenance projects, I frequently end up wearing one of my red t-shirts. Inevitably, someone at the Ace Hardware will see an old guy in a red shirt and ask me where to find something.
