Gee. Looks like they have winners up there like we do here in memphis. As far as people finding their bikes held for ransom and having to pay the guy $$ to get them back. I'm affraid that A** H*# would have had a problem when he left for the night. I can't believe people paid the guy. Where is batman when you need him anyway?
