Ozark Trail WMT-1390 missing poles

Ozark Trail WMT-1390 missing poles - 10/20/13 03:46 PM

I bought a used tent since my youngest son is getting the camping bug. However, the tent is missing the poles and I cannot find a parts list anywhere. Obviously, this tent came from Wally World and isn't the best tent out there, but since it's a beginner for a 9yr old, figured it'd be a good start.

I'm not at all opposed to building new poles, just have no idea of the number needed or lengths. Wally world has been no help, since it's over 5 yr old and this model is no longer sold by them. Ozark Trail does not have a web site that I can find. There was a supplier called North Pole or something similar, however, they are no longer in business.

Any one have any suggestions for replacing these poles? TIA

Sorry to say but for that model you would be better off getting a new tent.

From what I can see that's a 13'x9' tent. That's huge for backpacking, so I'm guessing you're just using it in the backyard or for car camping. If that's the case Wal-Mart sells generic spare poles and pole repair kits for those. I'd just buy some replacement poles from them and cut them to size.
