Appalachia

Hello,

I'm looking for a book that deals with nothing but edible plants and fungi found in the Appalachian Mountains. I don't need to read about what's in California at the moment. Anyone have a suggestion?

You might see if you can find some of the old Foxfire books. They might have something in them.
