Didn't know about this one before your post, so no experience with it. Have an HL20, which works fine but is not confortable on my noggin--but I wouldn't extend that to this much smaller light.
I like Fenix lights so on just reputation, suspect it's probably bright and econimical. At about two ounces it's certanly light! And kudos for the last-mode memory, a sadly underused feature.

No experience with that particular model, but I really like my Fenix PD22.
