Of course there is no "best," but I found this one useful. It will take coordinates which is handy when not near a city.

Click on full forecast for hourly weather, and then on Wundermap for the radar and satellite picture. Look on the right side to see what things can be added to the weathermap.

Wow, that is cool. Love the layers feature and the "Time Control" feature on the Radar layer is really cool. It even goes 6 hours into the future!!

I use Intellicast for general but Wundermap for the details. Both are good but Wunder is generally more accurate. smile

Out here in the Pacific NW, the best maps are those produced by the Univ. of Washington Dept. of Atmospheric Sciences. You can get versions that cover both OR and WA. Do I know how to use them? No, not really, but I can get a pretty accurate weather prediction for the next 72 hours.
