Call SEKI if you have seen Larry - 10/25/12 08:14 PM
He's a frequent poster on another forum I visit, and he's been gone for a while. If you've been in the Sierra in the vicinity of Taboose Pass, Split Mountain, Pinchot Pass, or anywhere in the area, and saw him or someone who might have been him - give SEKI a call.

Any news yet, Lori? I'll keep him in my prayers.

Not yet. He's got quite a bit of experience, but he's been gone for a while... hoping for good outcome, but the longer he is missing the poorer the odds.

I was just reading a little on another forum, he sounds like me, no GPS, PLB, compass, subject to changing plans. We take our chances, although it was mentioned he did not have a stove, I bring one. All part of the adventure.
