SOFT insoles? - 03/23/08 12:08 PM

I'm in search of the SOFTEST insoles I can find. Any suggestions?

What have you tried?

They make a green and a blue Superfeet which some people really like.
I don't recall which is softer.

Do you need arch support?

I've tried Spenco but I don't really know what to compare to.

I like the Spenco Hiker insoles; they seem to cushion my feet better than anything else I've tried, while still supporting my arches. Before I used them, my feet would feel bruised on the bottom after hiking.

Spenco has been good for me for 30 years. I haven't tried the Superfeet. With a high arch, I use the Spenco's with the yellow plastic under the neoprene cushion, so I have to take the insoles with me when shopping for boots.
