Tarp Tent

I just recently put together a tent out of tarp in my front yard. It also included a hiking pole, tent stakes, and rope. Total weight is about 14 oz (without hiking pole). I think its a good design. But does anyone else have any other ideas or designs that work?

Does the 14 ounces include a tent floor (groundcloth)? (It should.)

I used silNylon bought from Noah Lamport to make my square 10'x10' tarp. It weighs in at 14 oz (that includes guy lines but no ground cloth). It fits three comfortably, five in a pinch.
