OneMomen shoes - 01/20/12 02:25 AM

I got my OneMomen shoes for my shoes after walking. They weigh half the weight of my crocs and fold up so they take up less space. The weight I lost I can now carry a light blow up pillow.

I reported this as spam after a quick first read. It is clearly a legitimate post, based on a s-l-o-w reading. I apologize for my error. (Not a very good "welcome to the forums" but I would like to add a sincere welcome.)

One question: how thick are the soles? I have a pair of Waldies, and a pair of Doggers (Croc knock-offs), and there is definitely a difference in sole thickness, and in the material used: the Waldies sole is more like a closed-cell foam, the Doggers' sole is just a thicker version of the harder plastic used for the upper.

Here is a little speil about them

shoes

According to the above, essentially they are injection molded biodegradable latex that are made to fit like gloves on your feet and simulate walking barefoot.

I have a pair of croc knockoffs that are designed for winter. They have no top vents. Because of that, my feet sweat a lot in them. I think I would rather have a mesh top shoe that breathes.

As much as I like the light weight and overall comfort of Waldies, I somehow always end up grabbing my Teva sandals (half a pound heavier.) I guess it's because they feel more stable on my feet when wading knee-deep streams, and because they would be better suited for hiking than Waldies if my shoes delaminated catastrophically. (But I probably tend to worry about such things more than most.)

Can you provide size and weight? I think they'd double as trout lures, too. Win!

Cheers,
