Black Diamond gaiters?

How about the Sportee or the Frontpoint? I like the drawcord at the top and they look like good quality.

I've used a pair of OR Expeditions for nearly twenty years. They've held up pretty good with one repair at a shoe maker. Prior to this, I used Sacs Milllet gaitors made of cotton -- probably eight inches or ten............steel zippers...........a worthwhile product.......

Question is whether a summer weight gator is worthwhile. Maybe such a product would be useful.

Cabela's has well made gaiters also. Most are camo and Gore Tex.
