lid for Imusa cup - 11/12/09 10:16 AM
I'm wondering if anyone has either made or found from another source a tight fitting lid for the one quart Imusa cup/pot? My super cat stove, windscreen, lighter, bandana, all fit nicely inside and I like the one quart capacity. All I need to keep it all together is a tight fitting lid.

I have made a lid from aluminum flashing using a die that I made from plywood and a couple of c-clamps to do the pressing. If you are interested, pm me and I can provide step-by-step instructions. The lid I made is on the IMUSA mug; the second pot from the right in the attached photo. The pot I like best is the IMUSA mug on the left; I used the lid from the grease pot for the smaller IMUSA mug. It fits perfectly, the pot holds about 0.7 liters.

Grit,
What is the diameter of the IMUSA mug? I wonder if one of these would fit:
Pinnacle Lids BTW, love your avatar. I had a MS Ghost too. One of the great packs of all time!
