Hey phat, pot stand question

Phat,
In your list you state “2U wire pot stand made from coat hanger”
How did you bind the coat hangers together? Does your stand fold down?

just some metal wire, so I've made two U's of the right height
out of coat hanger, and wired two of the uprights together so
it folds flat.

Somebody could try this in Titanium to save some grams and relieve the pockets of "itchy money".

I don't know if this will help, but I usually dismantle a couple of brass paper clips and straighten them out from end to end. Then I start at the bottom of the "foot" and wrap it around and around the legs until you form what resembles a "spring at the top and bottom. This will form a very good and dependable Hinge for you to open and close the pot stand for use or storage in your pack...sabre11004...
