coated fabric/ Arc Teryx Arro 16 / Please help

does anyone know where I can buy and what the name of the rubbery like coated material on the front of this arcterx bag: http://www.arcteryx.com/product.aspx?Arro-16#



Arc Teryx calls it Armour lite, but this seems to be just a made up name. What does the industry call this material.? Where can I buy it?

Any help would be great!

In cases of proprietary fabric which I believe that is, it's better to contact the manufacturer. The good guys will help you out. Otherwise, you are SOL and will have to improvise.

My guess, since I haven't actually felt it... It is either thick layered silicon on silicon nylon, or ...a rubber coating on poly.

Here is something to try. Get some silnylon. Get some seam sealer. Put a WHOLE LOT of it on the silnylon. If it feels the same, there ya' go.
