I earned my Fitbit 2,000 mile badge today. I started in February.

I don't don't what that badge is, but congratulations!

2000 miles sounds like much more than I did this year so far.

I spent some time with family this past weekend and one of my sisters recently acquired a fitbit, so I now know a little more about what they are and how they work. She seems happy to have it as a method to encourage her to exercise more. So far, it is working for that purpose.

Aimless,

I've developed a structured walking program during the last seven months. Walking on trails is easy now.

If you are interested, you can see more on my blog.
