That was fast - two day shipping. UPS ground for 6.95
I got two things and owe one apology
I got Hardrock's -- my second pair - I just love them

And I got a light my fire scout.
Now for the apology. I'm sorry for my narrow minded reply.
I replied to a post about the Light My Fire firestarter and said that I would not use one. I was wrong. I have forever carried a lighter with matches as a backup. Matches are dependable enough for a weekener, but not so much for a long trip. At least not compared to the light my fire scout. So I got one. Now I will use a lighter and have the LMF scout as my backup.

I UPS tracked my Catalyst and it should be here Monday. As soon as it gets here it gets filled and off I go for a few days.

Campmor has awesome fast shipping. I have never waited more than 5 days for anything, even when ordering around Christmas.

There ya go, Stephen! Fill it up and go for it! I carry butane lighters too, but there is something very special about carrying the Fire Scout. You just can't beat Swedish FireSteel for dependability. Got one in my pack that never leaves me. It's feels good to have 3000 fires at your beckoning call... and at only 20 grams of carry weight. Fire and warmth, basics of life, just add the steaks and it works for me. Good choice! Brum

I have a few friends who work at Campmor, and they are 1 hour up the road from me so i usually go there for my fix That said, they have shipped items to me all over the World when I lived aboard my sailboats and never failed to get me the goods
