Everything listed in The Gear Shop is guaranteed by its supplier. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back to them. They will gladly exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item.

Return Policy !

Finally, as long as you return the item unused, all suppliers of The Gear Shop will accept returns at any time, for refund or exchange. If a product fails due to a manufacturer's error, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Contact the item's supplier and they will help you get your gear returned to the manufacturer for repair.
