Taking these comments into consideration I think I'll just return them both and start over my quest for boots. The fit of the Asolo Fugitives was awesome, but they seemed awfully hot just tromping around my apartment. I usually wear a pair of New Balance Trail runners but would like more support since I'll be doing multiday backpacking rather than just short day hikes.
