Deep in the Superstition Wilderness, I ain't
      11/26/08 06:11 PM

I meant to be deep in the Superstition Wilderness by noon today,
but I still had packages to mail, still needed some Micropur, my gas tank was near empty when it was time to be hitting the road and I hadn't yet got my Tonto Passes so I could park.

By the time things were wrapped up there wasn't time to get to the trail head and hike in before dark (in the rain).

I haven't been free enough to do this since July.

Now I'm really ready and my alarm is set for 4a.m. and tomorrow is another day.

You enjoy your turkey breast and I'll enjoy my turkey jerky.
