phat Moderator Registered: 06/24/07 Posts: 4107 Loc: Alberta, Canada	I don't strain mac - I just put enough water in to start with (1 3/4 cups for a "standard" M & C) so that the pasta cooks and there's enough liquid left to make the sauce - chuck in the cheese packet and a dabble of olive oil and you're got to go. _________________________ Any fool can be uncomfortable...
