While a rather simple recipe, the "catch" is that you have to actually reel in a fish (or several). I've used this recipe on small mouth bass but I imagine it would work with just about any type of freshwater fish.

Ingredients:
1 cup - Pancake Mix Powder
1/2 cup - Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
2 TBSP butter or oil (butter adds more flavor)

Mix dry ingredients in a 1/2 gallon ziplock bag. Store oil separately (of course).

ASSUMING you catch a fish, clean him and cut out the fillets as best as possible. Moisten the fillet and drop into the dry bag mix. Close the bag and toss the fillet to coat both sides. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fish.

Enjoy!
