On the topic of airline pillows, I use an inflatable one- so it wasn't free, but it does weigh less, and it certainly packs smaller than anything else people have mentioned besides using clothing you already brought. Folds up to about 4" by 4" by .5"

Took me until about 5 minutes into the swiss pillow video to get that it was a reference to the cheese, not the military...
