Oregon Mouse had mentioned a number of months ago that BA had a good history of repairing their gear. It stuck in my head enough that I tested it, after having the fly on our Fly Creek 2 tear in several places along the front zipper and door. We did buy a new cottage industry tent that I'm really not that happy with. So, after reading on BA's website that they disliked their products going to landfills, I sent our fly in for repair. 3 weeks, 10 dollars + shipping and our fly was back with some very expert sewing done. We used it this past weekend and it withstood some fairly hard rain with nary a drop, as it's done time and time again. I have no doubt this tent will see several more years of use. Major props to BA's repair dept. and the company for having the philosophy to stand behind their products and customers.
