How many of you have noticed the size of the packs being carried by the three guys in the add on the home page of this site? I really appreciate the support this site gets from it's advertisers but for a lightweight site those packs seem incongruous.

Ouch Pika! You must be retired, huh?

Actually, those three guys are neurotic about never compressing their sleeping bags. All three of those "big" packs weigh less than 20 lbs. smile

I will look into this oversight and if time permits, find a more appropriate photo.

Must be raining too heavily to hike in Pika's parts! smile

Maybe you could leave that picture up, as the "Before" photo.

Ok Pika. Big packs on home page went away. Only one of the guys survived the "big" experience. The survivor put on a smaller/lighter pack and went vertical smile

Wonderful! Now I'll be able to sleep at night. I have to admit that I will miss my "better them than me" reaction on seeing that photo though.
