Paulo member Registered: 01/27/11 Posts: 158 Loc: Normally Pacific Northwest	I bought some nice 8.5 oz Altus Light Ascent trekking poles but, recently one of the expanders which locks the pole has broken. Has anyone had experience with altus.es customer support? I've tried contacting them in the past, but I'm getting nothing. In my opinion there's nothing worse for an outdoors company than bad customer support! I've emailed the head of international sales in addition to their customer support email but haven't received ANY response. Have you tried the store from which you bought the poles? I bought the poles from Bolivia, which means any communications with the store would be useless!
