The BSA Long Sleeve Action Shirt at The Boy Scouts of America website is being closed out at only $15. We all used this shirt on our annual 50 Miler Hike this July. I was a former tshirt wearer...until I tried on this great shirt.

I compared similar shirts at REI for well over $40 and was more impressed with the scout's design. Not a single person on our trek had a bad thing to say about the fit, performance or feel. It's now a permanent part of my hiking kit.

Oh yea, you need not be a scout to purchase from the site. And the logo is not very bold, so you're not making a strong BSA statement when wearing it....although to ME that's a very cool thing to promote.

I wonder if they have it in the local council store for the same price. Wow, for once BSA sells something at a decent price.

Ordered it just now. Nice shirt. BSA logo is no problem. I used to be an Explorer Scout. (Remember them?) Killer price. I named my old pennsylvania Council as the "credits" recipient.

Thanks for the tip. I just ordered one.

I'm confused, however. You said it was collared but the write-up said it was beige? (joke)

Thanks Swammie, just picked up two for me and two for the endless, eating machine.

Great news. Local offices rarely share in the internet sales. That way you can get the right size. I posted the sale to our work and almost a dozen folks took advantage of the deal.
