This thing has been the basis of Texas campfire stories since I was a kid! Pit Bulls.....sissy dogs....I want one of these!

Could be a deformed cayote. Of course the cayote head shown on the video looked like a deformed pig? Maybe it was cross breed with my poodle?

Paul,
Looks like a pigmy NYC sewer rat.
Probably the result of inbreeding and bad beer.

Dick....it does look like a sewer rat! Once in a while we'll get a dog/coyote cross in the park that is usually hairless and sickly, just plain weird looking, but nothing like the rat/dog/pig thing in the picture. I hope there really is a chupacabra...makes the camp stories all the scarier!
Chupacabra is the Texas 'bigfoot'. "Goat Sucker"....the scourge of goat farmers all over south Texas and Mexico.

The body is well muscled like a pit bull, but the head resembles a Javelina. Would that part of Texas have Razorbacks?
Yes, I would like a little mystery to remain.

Peccary's down in the southwest part of the state. Boars in the east. Ferral hogs everywhere.
