Vandal gets caught and sentenced

Remember that idiot who thought it would be fun to leave her mark on national parks around the West?


Well, we're not sure she got what was coming to her---but they did catch up with her and she is sentenced to 200 hours of community service, two years probation, and a clean-up fee yet to be determined at a later hearing.

As an artist, she sucks; as a person, she's even worse. Way too lenient a penalty. Unless the community service involves destroying every last shred of her crappy "art".

Geez... What a fine example of the the "twitter/instagram/facebook" age.

Crazy what people will do to get their 15 minutes. I'm glad they got to her and I'd bet the cost of restitution for clean up is going to pinch her butt way harder than the community service.
