VVR up for Sale !!!

Not sure if this is where this should be posted but I figure a lot of you have been there. Vermillion Valley Resort is up for sale. I will take a lot to who ever takes it on and I'm hoping the right person who understands backpacking gets it. Just got back from there and there's been a lot of upgrades since the last time I was there.. Check it out and spread the word...

Ok, now that's an even better deal...

I suggested (half heartedly) a few years back on HighSierraTopix that we pool our money and buy the Rainbow Lodge along Interstate 50 in Kalifornia. I thought the price was pretty good. I believe one of the ski resorts ended up buying it and using the water rights for the ski area.
