After Xmas

I have tucked away a little cash for after christmas. Its my version of a hedge fund. I think that retail sales are gonna be way down this year and am expecting some really good deals. There are a couple of items like a Micro puff jacket and some wool baselayers that I would love to have. Of course they might slap me in the face with 5.00 a gallon gas and take my little nest egg, but I'm hopefull they won't. Please Mister Cheney, let me use a little of my money this year.

I picked up my snowshoes a few years ago that way. And a after Christmas present to myself years ago when I bought my first down bag from Campmor. Saved a third on the bag. The bp stuff I want now never goes on sale though.

Sounds like a plan! My birthday is twelve days after Christmas and I try to treat myself to something nice . . . GEAR!
