SURVEY MONKEY SURVEYS NOT ALLOWED !

We have lately had several surveys posted by alleged "high school students" which use the Survey Monkey website to host their surveys.

We suspect Survey Monkey is being used to mine user ip's for purposes of advertising/spamming. In other words, you go to Survey Monkey and you may end up receiving considerably more unwanted advertising/spam.

Anyway, any member can post a survey, preferably all within the confines of this forum, but if using a host outside this forum, please beware. Also, if you see someone trying to use Survey Monkey, please report it to moderators. Thanks.

Ah crap , that explanes it! Any suggestion as to how to get rid of the survey monkey junk?

If you're using a Windows based machine you can use CCleaner. Get the free, non-commercial version at FileHippo, or any of the other large free software download sites. Also run the registry cleaner portion of the software. It'll erase all cookies, unless you specify otherwise, and you'll have to manually log-in to any sites you've allowed a cookie from, to keep you from having to log on everytime.
