Off-roading shocks

What brand of truck shocks should I use for off-roading? I am in the process of modifying my 2014 Ford F-150 XLT to make it off-road worthy. I already installed a set of mud tires, lift kit and heavy duty front and rear bumpers. Please help a newbie out. Thanks in advance!

You really need to ask this in a forum that focuses on your truck because the answer may not be what you might expect.

I asked this a few years back when I was building up a Suzuki Samurai to crawl trails. The answer I got was "cheap shocks work best". That may not be true for your F-150, but ask the guys running those to find out for sure.
