the traditional method is to use a tripod or monopod. there are very small lightweight tripods, such as the gorillapod.
if you use trekking poles you may be able to clamp your camera to one of your poles and use it as a more stable base than simply holding the camera in your hand.

You've stumped me, what's a stabilizing screen?
My typical backpacking camera has IBIS that does a pretty good job smoothing video. Some cameras have e-stabilization for video.
Camera support is another matter entirely.
