No More Excuses - 06/02/12 08:33 AM

Well a couple week ago I talked to our Boy Scout Troop about backpacking.
As we were taking a head count of those that wanted to do a fall trip, I heard one of the leaders say "I like camping, I just don't like having to go in the woods". Well because he is a valued leader, I really wanted to help him out . . . .

SO . . . . He became the first owner

Congratulations.

I love the Ducky Doo II. It could probably serve a dual purpose as an external frame for a backpack. It would have to be made from titanium or carbon fiber for the gearheads.Don't forget to drill holes in it. If you put 3 legs on it and a thin lid, it could also serve as a camp chair.

Or leave the lid off if you have hemorroids!

I think it needs to glow in the dark.

Instead of a heavy box, there could be 4 loops on the bottom of the seat. Pull the plastic bag through the loops to hold it. Knowing how scouts are, they wouldn't put the bag in their own pack.

That is what I do except I have eliminated everything but the tree.

I've run across more than one hunting camp that has one of those installed. They sure looked handy, but the timing was never right for me to test it out frown
