Ultra Lite Knife - Looks sturdy as Heck - 03/17/13 01:44 PM

I ran across this knife, and thought of those of you who rarely use a knife, or look for the lightest solution possible.
Here's something that looks as sturdy as a bull dozer, small and lightweight (also inexpensive) that might interest you...

Except that the blade won't cut through our salami or Reggian cheese, because of that barce on the back of the blade.

which is primarily why we pack a knife to begin with...grin

Ha..ha..ha..true. However I see a lot of folks on here into the 1 in. Uber-Lite knives, so I'd say that at least, it would cut through a Slim Jim... laugh

I think all these little pocket combination tools are neat gadgets and one or another of them may be just right for some people. This one does look tough, too. But for my needs, I will stick with my SAK Classic... just as inexpensive, and lighter at 0.75 oz.

Plus has scissors, which I use far more than a knife. grin
