can someone please tell me what are the name of below two backpack parts?

Lets see....side release uckle, male and female, respectively

toy carabiner (not for significant loads)

There is also what appear to be a thumb and forefinger.

Yep, side release buckle and carabiner that is not for climbing.

Ditto RE: male and female side-release buckle parts.

I suspect bagpack was looking for the "gate" part of the carabiner.
