There is the Ice Age Trail:

In the section that cuts through Kettle Moraine they have 3 primitive shelters available

There's also the Whisker Lake wilderness and the hike in campsites at Jones Spring and on the NF opposite Whisker Lake.

Rock Island is also a great trip.

The ice age trail is not a bad trail I've done the northern unit thru hike word of advice is hike north to south the water sources and campsites are set up in away that a south to north hike you may have a couple mile round trip to get water when you make camp. I would also look at the north county trail it has some nice sections in the northern Wisconsin is nice otherwise the porcupine mountain in the UP of Michigan is nice as is the Superior hiking trail north of Duluth is another nice trail
