I went to Walmart for their $1 yrd sale and picked up some 4 oz ripstop (I weighed it). I wanted it to do test runs on a backpack, tarp, hammock, and whatever else I can think of. For the backpack, what kind of padding is normally used in the shoulder straps, hip belt, and backpanel, and where can I get some? I was thinking a ccf pad, but am not sure.
